§ 1
GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. These regulations specify the conditions under which you can make a reservation and rental apartments in the offer of Marina Apartments. The reservation is considered acceptance of the RULES OF RENTAL APARTMENTS MARINA APARTMENTS. The service contract short-term accommodation between the Customer and the Marina Apartments is concluded at the time of booking online or by phone under the conditions specified in the regulations and price list.
  2. The agreement only covers the rental of the apartment - without food and travel.
  3. Marina Apartments reserves the right to refuse to accept a reservation and canceled previously made without giving any reason. If canceled by Marina Apartments amounts paid prior to the Client shall be immediately returned.
  4. The customer can only be an adult.

§ 2
BOOKING AND PAYMENT FOR RENTAL APARTMENT

  1. The methods of booking: - Booking on-line on the website www.marina-apartamenty.pl - Following telephone number: +48 534 600 617 - By e-mail: recepcja@marina-apartamenty.pl
  2. After booking, the customer receives an e-mail "Confirmation of initial reservation" the apartment, along with the cost of the entire stay and the amount of deposit, which must be paid to the designated account number from Marina Apartments within 2 working days of receipt of confirmation of initial booking.
  3. After posting the deposit reservation changes status to "guaranteed reservations", therefore the customer receives your e-mail "Confirmation".
  4. No advance payment within the prescribed period means the termination of the contract and the automatic cancellation of the initial reservation.
  5. The payment of the deposit is not refundable and is tantamount to acceptance of these rules and the offer price, which can not be changed.
  6. Your details agrees to their personal data in a database customer's Marina Apartments. The data will be processed solely for the purpose of booking, facilitating subsequent reservations and for marketing purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997. On the protection of personal data.

§ 3
ARRIVAL AND RESIDENT

  1. Check-in begins at 15.00 (if there is such a possibility, after prior consultation with the person responsible for handing the keys, you can pick them up earlier). The customer is obliged to inform staff at least one day before the arrival of their estimated time of receiving the keys to the apartment.
  2. If it is impossible to arrive at the previously agreed time, the customer is obliged to immediately contact the staff of Marina Apartments.
  3. Check-in times:
    - From 15.00 to 20.00 hours free of charge at the office of Marina Apartments
    - From 20.00 to 22.00 in the apartment additional fee 50 PLN
    - After 22.00 in the apartment additional fee 80 PLN
  4. Handing over the keys to the apartment Customer will take place after the signing of the Agreement by the parties in the Marina Apartments office or apartment. The customer at the moment of signing the Agreement is required to present a valid identity card (ID card, passport) and pay the rest of the debt (the difference between the total amount and the amount of deposit) in cash.
  5. The customer can receive the bill for the stay in the apartment as long as inform the willingness of its receipt in advance (eg. when making reservation)
  6. The resident has the right to refuse to give the keys if the guest:
    - Does not have a valid identity card,
    - Is under the influence alkohol or other intoxicants,
    - Behaving in an aggressive manner.

§ 4
CHECK OUT AND DEPARTURE

  1. Check out is at 11.00. Departure time is determined with the client at least a day before leaving the apartment by telephone at +48 534-600-617. Employee Marina Apartments will come to the apartment, give a deposit and receive the keys.
  2. Check-out takes place from 7.00 to 11.00 for check out before 7.00 is an additional charge of 80 PLN.
  3. Departure from the apartment after 11.00 without prior arrangements with personnel Marina Apartments, will be treated as an extension of your stay for another day and calculated according to the price list.
  4. Extension of stay should be reported to the staff of our company no later than 17.00 on the day preceding the expiry date made subject to reservation. Extension of stay will be, if the company Marina Apartments will have free apartments.

§ 5
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION, ACCOMMODATION, THE REDUCTION OF STAY

  1. In the event of cancellation or withdrawal of a reservation deposit paid is forfeited.
  2. Changing the date of reservation is only possible with the consent of Marina Apartments.
  3. Marina Apartments reserves the right to refuse free shorten your stay by a guest. In the case of shortening the stay customer you are obliged to pay 100% of the cost of accommodation, which resigned.
  4. Any changes should be notified by telephone or e-mail the company Marina Apartments on e-mail: recepcja@marina-apartamenty.pl. At the same time Marina Apartments reserves the right to refuse dokonia changes in the conditions of the reservation, if the objective reasons this is not possible. In case of cancellation due to lack of ability to modify and jednoznaczym the withdrawal from the Agreement, the Client is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.

§ 6
APARTMENT REPLACEMENT

  1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the consequences of which can not be liquidated, Marina Apartments is committed to provide a replacement apartment, similar to the originally booked apartment or an apartment of higher standard, if such be had. In the absence of free-apartment Marina Apartments has the right to cancel the reservation. In this case, amounts paid by the Client shall be immediately returned.

§ 7
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

  1. The customer is obliged to keep the premises in good condition, comply with the principles of good neighborliness, maintain quiet hours 22.00 - 6.00, the use of the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose, solely for purposes relating to the stay of leisure and tourism or business trip.
  2. The number of people staying in the apartment must not be higher than that specified in the lease agreement.
  3. The customer is obliged to immediately report to the guardian of the apartment apartment equipment shortages and stagnant or damage caused in the apartment.
  4. The customer bears the full financial responsibility for damage caused in the apartment and in the building where the premises.

§ 8
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  1. Smoking in all apartments of Marina Apartments and the introduction of animals is prohibited. Breaking the ban threatens a penalty of 500 PLN.
  2. The items left in the apartment company Marina Apartments is not responsible.
  3. The company Marina Apartments is not responsible for any inconvenience caused while staying connected with: construction work or finishing operations that may be carried out on the property, which is located apartment and interruptions in the supply of media.
  4. For each unjustified call service will be charged an additional fee of 60 PLN.
  5. At the time of check-in is required to pay a deposit of 200 PLN to cover possible damages. The deposit is refunded on departure after checking the apartment.
  6. For each stay is charged tax (spa) in the amount of 4.3 zł per person / day in Sopot and 2.2 zł per person / day in Gdansk.
  7. The law applicable to disputes between the Marina Apartments and the client is the Polish law. Disputes shall be settled by the court competent for the Marina Apartments.
